The first question I ask my patients is 'What are your goals?'. It is very crucial to set goal oriented system in which you will practice in the following months.  There's no secret that all of us who are not convenient with our extra weight often look for an easy way out. More often my patients come to me with initial goal to loss weight but do not take all stakes into consideration. I always build a correct diet system for my patients which they practice consistently to achieve goal oriented results. I will try to summarize the system in number of steps you should follow.

Step 1 - Learn About Phentermine, Nutrition Diet & Physical Exercize
Write down in a points list everything you learned about Phentermine (what is allowed and what is not). Build a resource base for your nutrition diet, collect information and write down what you should eat and what you should not. Read about physical exercise practice and write down the exercises you will practice.

Step 2 - Build a scheduled system
Start by writing down your current weight, your goal and when do you want to achieve it. Then create a weekly schedule that includes workout days, time of the day you took the pill, time of breakfast, lunch and dinner including the content of the meal, morning weight (on an empty stomach), weekly average weight, monthly average weight.

Step 3 - Consistent Practice
You will succeed in your goal oriented diet only if you practice it according to the plan you've built in step 2 consistently. If you lose a day or two, you will not see a big impact on your diet, however if you keep a chaotic schedule, phentermine will bring a little of affect.

If this medication was prescribed for you then take it exactly according to the prescription. However if you do not own a phentermine prescription then you can use herbal supplement instead.

When
Best practice using phentermine on an empty stomach, 10 to 14 hours before bedtime.

How and how much?
Do not chew, crush or break the capsule. Swallow it as it is.
Do not take more than one dose a day.  Taking more might result in life threatening side effects.

For how long?
Do not use phentermine longer than 3 months. Longer use will impair its effectiveness and might cause additional side effects.

Phentermine can be healthy if used properly. Here is the list of things you should avoid.

You should avoid drinking alcohol during the whole period of phentermine use.

In the first week you should examine your judgement and your awareness. Some patients experience impair thinking and reaction. In those cases be careful in activities that require you to be alert and aware.

Do not mix with any other medicine such as high blood pressure medicine, insulin medication, guandrel or antidepressants.

Examine carefully how your body reacts to Phentermine at first use. Feeling short of breath, swelling, chest pain, feeling like you might pass out, unusual thoughts or behavior, feeling restless or confused, high blood pressure.  If you experience any of these side effects, consult your doctor right away. In most cases you should drink more, if the effects are not fading away after the second week, gradually stop using phentermine.

What is the best weight loss pill?
Like any other nutritionist I always recommend the natural products. Phentermine is a chemical manufactured appetite suppressant, thus I do not recommend using phentermine even for a short period of time.

There are number of herbal supplements which come instead of phentermine drug on the market these days. Herbal supplements cause less side effects and are less dangerous to your body in the long run. Studies show better affect of Herbal Supplement on an animal study and a human research. This phentermine without prescription is most recommended.

Always practice physical exercise together with the herbal supplement for greater affect and healthier weight loss process.

Things To Keep in Mind

Physical Exercise
To prevent gaining the weight back after stop of phentermine use, you must build a regulated physical exercise system.
Correct Diet
Phentermine is most affective when exercised with a correct nutrition diet.
Empty Stomach Rule
It is best to take phentermine on an empty stomach and 10 to 14 hours before bedtime.
Consistency
Build a stable schedule and keep it consistent. Keep track of your weight loss, write down daily, weekly and monthly analysis.
Over Dosed?
Sick medical attention immediately. Overdosing can cause severe damage to your body.
Missed a Dose?
If you missed a dose, do not try to catch up by taking two doses the next day or the same day in the evening time. Missing a dose is not dangerous to your body.
