The first question I ask my patients is 'What are your goals?'. It is very crucial to set goal oriented system in which you will practice in the following months. There's no secret that all of us who are not convenient with our extra weight often look for an easy way out. More often my patients come to me with initial goal to loss weight but do not take all stakes into consideration. I always build a correct diet system for my patients which they practice consistently to achieve goal oriented results. I will try to summarize the system in number of steps you should follow.
Step 1 - Learn About Phentermine, Nutrition Diet & Physical Exercize
Write down in a points list everything you learned about Phentermine (what is allowed and what is not). Build a resource base for your nutrition diet, collect information and write down what you should eat and what you should not. Read about physical exercise practice and write down the exercises you will practice.
Step 2 - Build a scheduled system
Start by writing down your current weight, your goal and when do you want to achieve it. Then create a weekly schedule that includes workout days, time of the day you took the pill, time of breakfast, lunch and dinner including the content of the meal, morning weight (on an empty stomach), weekly average weight, monthly average weight.
Step 3 - Consistent Practice
You will succeed in your goal oriented diet only if you practice it according to the plan you've built in step 2 consistently. If you lose a day or two, you will not see a big impact on your diet, however if you keep a chaotic schedule, phentermine will bring a little of affect.
